Standard USPS First Class and Priority shipping rates apply. Please visit the USPS website for updated delivery times. Upgraded shipping options are available upon request.
Missing/Lost Packages
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address upon placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that are re-shipped due to address discrepancies.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns on unused products within 30 days. Please make sure your items are packaged appropriately for shipping. Accepted returns are fully refunded minus the cost of shipping within 5-7 business days. We do not accept returns on Terahertz Wands.

Exchanges
We will exchange any unused product within 30 days. Please make sure your items ae packaged appropriately for shipping. If your products were damaged during shipping, please reach out to us directly with a description of the damage and include clear photos of the condition of the products (including packaging). Customer is responsible for return shipping label. We cover the cost of shipping the item(s) to you. We do not accept exchanges on Terahertz Wands.
